Terms & Conditions Tap Tap Three Last Updated: February 11, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tap Tap Three mobile application (the "App") provided by Andrew Blewett, trading as Tap Tap Three ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 2. Description of the App Tap Tap Three is a free-to-play mobile idle/clicker game. The App includes features such as: • Tap-based gameplay where you earn in-game currency by tapping • Upgrades including tap power, auto-tappers, tap multipliers, and critical chance • A business system where you purchase and manage virtual businesses • A simulated stock market where you buy and sell virtual stocks • A vault system for storing and growing your virtual currency • A prestige system for resetting progress with permanent bonuses • Achievements and weekly challenges • Daily login streaks and offline earnings • Leaderboards across multiple categories • Friends lists, friend requests, and in-app messaging • Player accounts with usernames, User IDs, and password-based authentication • Push notifications • A fortune wheel and market events 3. Account Registration 3.1 Creating an Account You may create an account by choosing a username, a numeric User ID, and a password. You are not required to provide your real name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information. 3.2 Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. 3.3 Account Restrictions You agree not to: • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating leaderboards, achievements, or game systems. • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. • Share your account credentials with others. • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App. 3.4 Account Deletion You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Menu screen within the App, or by contacting us at andyblewett991@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account will be removed from our live production systems, subject to limited retention in encrypted backups as described in our Privacy Policy. We cannot recover deleted accounts. 4. User Conduct You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users through chat messages, usernames, or any other means. • Use offensive, vulgar, hateful, or discriminatory language in your username or chat messages. • Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure. • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised modifications to gain an unfair advantage in games, leaderboards, or any game system. • Manipulate the stock market, vault, or business systems using exploits or automated tools. • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the App. • Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the App or its users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. 5. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items 5.1 Virtual Currency The in-game currency ("coins" or "balance") earned within the App is a virtual item with no real-world monetary value. Virtual currency cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency, goods, or services outside the App. 5.2 Virtual Businesses, Stocks, and Vault The businesses, stocks, and vault within the App are simulated game features. They do not represent real financial instruments, investments, or savings accounts. No real money is involved in these systems, and they carry no real-world financial value or risk. 5.3 Modifications We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, earning rates, or functionality of any virtual items, upgrades, businesses, stocks, or vault features at any time without prior notice. 6. User-Generated Content 6.1 Your Content By using the App, you may create content such as usernames, chat messages, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App. 6.2 Content Standards You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree that your User Content will not: • Violate any applicable law or regulation. • Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party. • Contain harmful, offensive, abusive, or inappropriate material. 6.3 Content Moderation We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, review, or remove any User Content without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We do not guarantee the behaviour of other users and are not responsible for user-generated content shared through the App. 7. Intellectual Property 7.1 Ownership All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the games, graphics, user interface, text, music, sound effects, logos, and software code — are owned by Tap Tap Three or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 7.2 Limited Licence We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. 7.3 Restrictions You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicence any part of the App. • Use the App's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App. 8. Push Notifications The App may send you push notifications, including gameplay reminders, daily streak alerts, and offline earnings notifications. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. Disabling notifications will not affect the core functionality of the App. 9. Multiplayer and Social Features 9.1 Friends and Messaging You may add other players as friends and exchange messages through the in-app chat feature. You agree to use these features responsibly and in accordance with the User Conduct rules in Section 4. 9.2 Leaderboards Game statistics and rankings may be displayed on public leaderboards visible to other players. By playing the game, you consent to your username and statistics appearing on leaderboards. 9.3 Public Profiles Other players may view your public profile, which includes your username, profile emoji, and selected game statistics. 10. Disclaimers 10.1 "As Is" Basis THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 10.2 No Guarantee of Availability We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may update or modify the App from time to time to improve functionality, security, or compliance with legal requirements. 10.3 No Financial Advice The simulated stock market, businesses, and vault features within the App are purely fictional game mechanics. They do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or real-world financial instruments. We are not a financial services provider. 10.4 Third-Party Services The App relies on third-party services (including Supabase and Expo) that are outside our control. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these services. 10.5 Statutory Rights Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 11. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TAP TAP THREE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, our liability to you shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tap Tap Three and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: • Your use of the App. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity. • Your User Content. 13. Termination 13.1 By You You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account from the Menu screen to permanently remove your data. 13.2 By Us We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour, cheating, or any activity that we deem harmful to the App or its users. 13.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Sections 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 shall survive termination. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before a court of competent jurisdiction. We encourage good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes, but you are not required to use arbitration. 15. General Provisions 15.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tap Tap Three regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. 15.2 Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 15.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. 15.4 Assignment You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction. 15.5 Modifications We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 16.
