Terms & Conditions Game Void Last Updated: February 11, 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Game Void mobile application (the "App") provided by Andrew Blewett, trading as Game Void ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. 2. Description of the App Game Void is a free-to-play mobile gaming platform that offers a collection of casual games, including puzzle, strategy, arcade, and word games. The App includes features such as: • Single-player and multiplayer gameplay • Player accounts with usernames, User IDs, and PIN-based authentication • Leaderboards and achievements • Friends lists, friend requests, and in-app messaging • Daily challenges • Background music controls • Push notifications • Advertisements served via Google AdMob 3. Account Registration 3.1 Creating an Account You may create an account by choosing a username, a numeric User ID, and a 4-digit PIN code. You are not required to provide your real name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information. 3.2 Account Security You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and PIN code. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. 3.3 Account Restrictions You agree not to: • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating leaderboards, achievements, or multiplayer systems. • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity. • Share your account credentials with others. • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App. 3.4 Account Deletion You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. We cannot recover deleted accounts. 4. User Conduct You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You agree not to: • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users through chat messages, usernames, or any other means. • Use offensive, vulgar, hateful, or discriminatory language in your username or chat messages. • Attempt to exploit, hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its underlying systems. • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure. • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized modifications to gain an unfair advantage in games, leaderboards, or multiplayer matches. • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through the App. • Scrape, collect, or harvest data from the App or its users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 Ownership All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to the games, graphics, user interface, text, music, sound effects, logos, and software code — are owned by Game Void or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 5.2 Limited License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. 5.3 Restrictions You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the App. • Use the App's content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App. 6. User-Generated Content By using the App, you may create content such as usernames, chat messages, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the App. You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree that your User Content will not violate any applicable law, infringe any third-party rights, or contain harmful or inappropriate material. We reserve the right to monitor, review, or remove any User Content without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. 7. Advertisements The App is free to use and is supported by advertisements served through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge that: • Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the App, including banner ads and rewarded interstitial ads. • On iOS, we will request your consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before using your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. • On Android, Google may use your Advertising ID for ad personalization. You can manage your ad preferences in your device settings. 8. Push Notifications The App may send you push notifications, including gameplay reminders, daily challenge alerts, and reward notifications. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. 9. Multiplayer and Social Features 9.1 Multiplayer Games By participating in multiplayer games, you agree to play fairly and abide by these Terms. 9.2 Friends and Messaging You may add other players as friends and exchange messages through the in-app chat feature. You agree to use these features responsibly and in accordance with Section 4. 9.3 Leaderboards Game scores and rankings may be displayed on public leaderboards visible to other players. By playing games, you consent to your username and scores appearing on leaderboards. 10. Disclaimers THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App relies on third-party services (including Supabase, Google AdMob, and Expo) that are outside our control. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 11. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GAME VOID, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Game Void and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content. 13. Termination 13.1 By You — You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account from the Profile screen. 13.2 By Us — We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms, abusive behaviour, or cheating. 13.3 Effect of Termination — Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. We encourage good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes. 15. General Provisions 15.1 Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Game Void regarding your use of the App. 15.2 Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 15.3 Waiver — Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. 15.4 Assignment — You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 15.5 Modifications — We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
